Blow molding machine temperature

In understanding the temperature of blow molding machine we first look at a few definitions, through these definitions we will then analyze well what does not flow temperature means. These are all theoretical knowledge, we can increase our theoretical skills through these, for the later development of their own ability is also good. Hope to help help everyone.

First: glass transition temperature TG: refers to the transition temperature of the amorphous polymer (including the non-crystalline part of the crystalline polymer) from the glassy state to the highly elastic state or from the latter to the former. It is the lowest temperature for the free movement of the macromolecular chain segments of amorphous polymers and the upper limit of the working temperature of the products.

Second: Melting temperature TM: For crystalline polymers, it refers to the temperature at which the three-dimensional remotely ordered state of the macromolecular chain structure is transformed into the disordered viscous flow state, also known as the melting point. It is the lower limit of the molding and processing temperature of crystalline polymers.

Third: decomposition temperature TD: refers to the polymer in the viscous flow state when the temperature increases further, it will cause the degradation of the molecular chain to intensify, rising to the temperature of the polymer molecular chain degradation is obvious decomposition temperature.

Fourth: Flow temperature TF: refers to the temperature at which the amorphous polymer changes from the high elastic state to the viscous flow state. It is the lower limit of the processing temperature of amorphous plastics.

The above are the literal meanings of the 4 temperatures, the next analysis is about the correlation of the flow temperature. If the material does not flow out from the mouth mold, after the pressure is removed, the material temperature is raised to a difficult 10 degrees, and then a constant pressure of the same size is applied after holding for 10 minutes, and so on until the melt flows out from the mouth mold, and this temperature is subtracted by 10 degrees to be the non-flowing temperature of the material. The maximum temperature at which flow does not occur at a certain pressure. It is a certain amount of plastic added to the barrel at the upper end of the capillary rheometer mouth mold, heated to a certain temperature, constant temperature so know the new 10 minutes later, applied to a constant pressure at 50 pressure.
